Damn. I tried.
My hands are in some bad shape today… have been so I’m just relaxing, watching some Netflix.

Dear every company in the entire world.
When you have a phone tree, and I need to be put on hold, I’m usually OK with this.
Generally you have some 30 second midi loop that I’m forced to listen to, but that’s ok. Yes, midi. Not MP3, because the longer you’re on hold the longer you notice the static areas of the music, the general poor quality of said “music”, and the generic repetition.
